"Financial Freedom" 4- 5 pm
- A program to teach teens about the inner workings of Credit.


Wednesday

"Anime Club" 3- 5 pm
- Just for teens, Anime watchin'. We'll watch some great Anime talk about our favorites.


Thursday

"Chess Club" 2:30- 4 pm
- Are you the next chess master? This event for teens is to get your mind going and your skills ready for world domination.


"FAFSA Workshop" 6- 8 pm
- This is for teens and parents. Parents, bring your W2 in, and we'll show you how to fill out FAFSA forms.

"Craft for a Cause" 3- 5 pm
- A new club that uses crafts to benefit the larger community.

"Unplugged Gaming" 2:30- 4 pm
- How social games were played before Nintendo.

- Learn to use the ubiquitous word processor.

"Financial Freedom" 4- 5 pm
- A program for teens to get a valuable lesson in credit.

- Watch Anime and talk about it.

"Preschool Storytime" 1-- 10:30 am
- Storytime for children.

"Unplugged Gaming" 2:30- 4 pm
- Play board games sans power.

eBooks

The Consumer Electronics Show is currently going on in Las Vegas, and if new product announcements are any indicator- tablet PCs and e-readers about to get even more popular.

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library has put on its future seeing goggles and has ebooks ready and waiting for you.

Just visit our website (cmlibrary.org) and click on the Research/Homework tab in the top middle. There, you can browse for eBooks by selecting ABC-CLIO or Overdrive from the alphabetical list.
